Marc de Maleingreau
Marc is a multilingual senior executive and consultant with four decades of international experience in the metals, alloys, ores, and solid-fuels markets. He advises on sourcing, trade strategy, logistics, contract negotiations, and market development across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Russia.
Before establishing his U.S. consultancy, he was Sales Manager for Manganese Ores and Alloys at Vale International, where he developed major markets and led strategic procurement for Vale’s European and Brazilian operations.

Isabelle Balot
Isabelle is an international policy, governance, and crisis-management adviser with more than three decades of experience across the United Nations, European institutions, and field missions in Africa, the Balkans, and beyond. Her work spans conflict resolution, humanitarian response, rule of law, strategic coordination, and sustainable development.
She also serves as a senior research expert in artificial-intelligence ethics, helping assess whether AI systems are trustworthy, lawful, and aligned with democratic values. Isabelle brings a rare combination of diplomatic judgment, operational leadership, and rigorous analysis to complex global challenges.
